01

Match the equipment

Use a panel and charging equipment confirmed compatible by the manufacturers. Matching connector shapes does not prove compatible voltage or polarity. Follow the prescribed connection sequence and input limits. Keep connectors clean and dry, and inspect cables for damage. Use the portable setup as supplied rather than opening batteries or making a home-built connection to household wiring.

02

Watch the shadow

Place the panel where it receives direct sunlight without shade from branches, gear, or your own body. Support it securely using its intended stand and keep it safe from wind. Follow the panel’s tilt guidance and adjust as the sun moves where practical. Leave equipment ventilation clear. A bright day behind glass or under light shade may produce much less than you expect.

03

Measure the day, not the label

The rated output describes test conditions, not a promise of constant charging. Watch the power station’s input display and note what changes with placement, cloud, and temperature. Build your plans around the energy you actually collect. Keep a fallback for essential needs. A small panel is useful when its job is modest and its limitations are understood.

Know the limits. Follow equipment instructions and seek qualified help when a job calls for it.
